6. Fees and Payment, and Cancellations

• All sessions are booked in advance through our online booking platform (TidyCal).
• Payment is required at the time of booking, and is securely processed via Stripe Connect.
• You will receive an automated confirmation and receipt via email once your booking and payment are complete.
• Session fees are clearly displayed before booking. No additional charges will be applied unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or to reschedule without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us directly for case-by-case consideration.
