Eng Kai Jun is a registered psychologist (Singapore, registration no. : 11070202), educator, and leadership development consultant with nearly two decades of experience across Singapore’s public and private sectors.

She holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (NIE/NTU), and a BA in Psychology and Economics (NUS). A full member of the Singapore Psychological Society since 2009 and a registered psychologist since 2011, she is also trained in a wide range of psychotherapy modalities, coaching frameworks, and psychometric tools.
